1. Scope
This Notice describes visits to the Pulmonary Scan website, planned at https://pulmonaryscan.app/. It is separate from the Privacy Policy for the standalone Pulmonary Scan iPhone and iPad app. The app policy describes local tracker records; this Notice describes website visits and website-related correspondence.
The website provides information about the app and support guidance. It does not provide user accounts, a contact form, or a way to upload or view app tracking records.
2. Information you provide
If you email support@pulmonaryscan.app, we may receive your email address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to include. We use correspondence to respond to support inquiries and privacy requests and to address related obligations.
Messages are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a private Gmail inbox. Haritha Katta oversees privacy requests, with an authorized assistant helping handle correspondence. The services may process correspondence under their own service terms and privacy practices. Deleting an inbox message may not delete copies kept by a provider.
Please avoid sending unnecessary health information, tracker records, or information about other people.
3. Hosting and technical requests
When your browser requests a page, the hosting and delivery systems process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, requested URL, request time, browser or device information, response status, and request duration. The website has no application-level request logger.
The website is intended to use Replit Static hosting. Replit and infrastructure or security providers may process technical request information under their service terms. Operational monitoring is separate from optional visitor analytics. Operational records are not covered by the email-retention period in this Notice; their specific fields, recipients, locations, and retention depend on the applicable provider configuration and policies.
4. Cookies, storage, and analytics
The website does not use optional advertising or behavioral-tracking tools, and optional visitor analytics are not enabled. The site code serves its fonts, logo, and images locally and does not use local browser storage for website accounts or preferences.
Hosting and delivery providers may process technical information or use strictly necessary technologies to operate, protect, and deliver the site. These services are different from optional visitor analytics. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies for its own purposes.
5. Email and other providers
The website has no contact form. Selecting an email link opens the email application or provider you choose, whose practices apply to that message. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages sent to support@pulmonaryscan.app to a private Gmail inbox.
The site is intended to be hosted on Replit. Hosting and email providers may process information in locations outside your country. Their service terms, processing roles, locations, and safeguards apply to their services. No statement in this Notice means every provider processes every category of information.
6. Retention
Our intended retention rule for support and privacy correspondence is to delete messages within up to 12 months after the request or issue is resolved, unless it remains unresolved or an applicable legal obligation requires longer retention. This is not a promise of automatic deletion. The rule does not cover hosting, security, or analytics records, or all copies held by service providers.
7. Security
We limit support and privacy correspondence to the operator and authorized assistance. Replit and other providers apply their own security measures to the services they provide. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Privacy rights and young visitors
Depending on the law that applies to you and the information actually held, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator. Contact support@pulmonaryscan.app. Applicable rights, response deadlines, exceptions, identity checks, and provider coordination depend on the law that applies.
The app described on this website is intended for people aged 13 and older. That statement is not an age-verification process and does not establish that every requirement for teenagers or website visitors is satisfied.
